Sunday, March 28

• Vendor Move-in: 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Expo Open:  4:30 - 7 p.m., Conference Welcome Reception in the Vendor Expo Hall 

Monday, March 29

• Expo Open:  10:15 - 10:45 a.m., Refreshment Break in Vendor Expo
• Expo Open:  Noon. - 1:15 p.m., Lunch in the Vendor Expo
• Vendor Tear-down: 1:15 p.m.

Exhibit Fee Includes

• Company description linked to your booth on the E&O Vendor Expo floor plan on APPAnet.org
• Electronic pre- and post- conference attendee lists
  • Name, title, organization, U.S. postal address. Association policy prevents the sharing of attendee emails and phone numbers.
• Company description in the on-site conference program
• 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' booth space
• One, 6' skirted table (per booth)
• Two chairs (per booth)
• One wastebasket (per booth)
• Three booth worker badges (per booth)
  • Booth worker badges do not afford access to non-Expo related portions of the conference. Booth workers are welcome to attend conference sessions and events, but must register additionally for the conference and pay the conference registration fee.
