About the Conference
Public Power can be a powerful tool for community and economic development. The Economic Development Conference brings together economic development professionals from public power communities to share ideas and learn about new strategies to foster economic development in their communities.
The Economic Development Conference is designed for locally elected officials, utility board members, city managers, and utility, city and regional economic development and marketing specialists. The conference focuses solely on issues devoted to community and economic development, including how to attract and retain businesses for your community and why public power is better for economic development.
