About the Conference

The Legal & Regulatory Conference is an educational and professional development opportunity specifically designed for attorneys (both in-house and outside counsel), regulatory affairs specialists, and compliance officers to learn about current legal and regulatory issues affecting public power, as well as the practical legal issues facing municipal utilities. The seminar is also useful to anyone who oversees utility policy, including senior and mid-level utility managers and elected and appointed policymakers.

The American Public Power Association will apply for Continuing Legal Education accreditation in mandatory CLE states. The number of CLE credits varies by state and is decided by each state bar association. For more information, review the Association’s CLE policy.
